• Education: We’ll go over the entire process in detail from start to finish. This includes timeframes, documents and materials that will be needed, out of pocket expenses to expect, market conditions in your desired area, and what offer paperwork looks like. We’ll talk about lending options, determine your buying power, and how to manage your spending during this time.
• Explore: We can start searching for homes! We’ll decide on a communication schedule and choose a main method of contact. I’ll send you listings that fit your criteria and arrange private showings for homes of interest.
• Launch: Once we've found a home you can picture your life in, we're ready to act and well prepare your offer! You will receive tailored care until you reach the closing table and you get your keys to your new home!
